Winemaker Notes

Our vineyards are planted in clay and calcareous soils in a continental climate. The grape must fermentation is interrupted by sudden cooling system. The bottled wine has a barometric pressure of 3.0-3.5 bears with a mushroom cork and musket closure. To ensure freshness, the wine is produced at the time of each order.
